🚀Day-1 setup

Do these once, in this order, before your first day of work.

Switch on online payment (optional)
  1. Finance → Online payments — connect your payment gateway so invoices get a Pay now button.

🛠️Everyday tasks

Click a heading to open or close it. Steps are numbered in the order you press.

Check your day on the Today page
  1. Open ☀ Today in the menu (made for the phone): today's numbers and work, Money to collect — every invoice past its due date with how many days late and a 💬 button that opens WhatsApp with a polite reminder already written — and documents running out in 30 days.
  2. The overview also shows Suggestions for today: late invoices, customers who haven't bought in 2 months and products running low — each opens the page that handles it.
See an invoice or customer without leaving the list
  1. In Invoices or Customers click a row: the details open on the right (from the bottom on a phone) — items, total, paid and balance, or a customer's balance and last invoices.
  2. Act from there: Open / print, Receive, Share, WhatsApp or Statement & payments. Esc or ✕ closes it; Ctrl-click still opens the full page.
Receive a payment
  1. People → Money to collect → the customer → Receive payment. Enter the amount; it is applied to the oldest bills first. Save payment.
Send a reminder
  1. On the customer press Send reminder — a polite WhatsApp message with the amount due and pay link.
Print a statement
  1. Open the customer → Statement → Print statement, or Copy customer portal link.
Set a credit limit
  1. Customer → Credit settings: Credit limit (0 = no limit) and Days to pay.

⚙️What the system does for you
