  1. Open Construction → Contractors → + Add contractor.
  2. Enter Name, Phone and Specialty (e.g. Electrical). Save.
Add your client as a customer

Create a project
  1. Open Projects → + New project.
  2. Enter Name, choose the Client, type the Site address.
  3. Set Start date, End date (optional), Budget (what you plan to spend) and Contract value (what the client pays you).
  4. Choose Status: Planning, Active, On Hold, Completed or Cancelled. Save. You will see “Project created.”

See how a project is doing
  1. Open Projects → View on a project.

Company-wide expenses (rent, salaries, fuel)
  1. Open Finance → Expenses → + Add expense for costs that are not tied to one project. See Getting started → Expenses.
Check all projects at once
  1. Open Reports to see the number of projects in Planning, Active, Completed and the Total contract value.
